The Chicago Music Library is a high-end boutique music licensing firm, specializing in music production, artist and catalog acquisition, and sub-publishing of major independent national and international catalogs.  The client base spans a broad spectrum of content producers, including but not limited to, major network studios, advertisers, video game creators, and independent music supervisors and filmmakers.   As VP of Operations, I directed all day-to-day operations enabling the company to run efficiently with limited resources. Designed, implemented, and executed modern marketing plan and modified business plan, focusing on maximizing company strengths and resources, creating competitive advantages, and increasing market penetration and positioning CML for future growth and success. Analyzed competitor and market trends - adjusting CML's overall strategy accordingly. Managed company assets, including contracts and negotiations for artists, publishers, international distributors, and procurement of new material. Initiated and cultivated many high value industry relationships, including but not limited to high level executives at NBC, CBS, Sony, ABC/Disney, Warner Brothers, Paramount, and Fox.
